1 Month of Getting Healthy, 24 Pounds Down!
Food noise and hunger levels are low, side effects have been minimal, and I’m starting to make regular trips to the gym and get more walking in.
One month in.
My notes had me at 385 pounds, which meant I was already down 24 pounds from where I started at 409.
That was a pretty incredible number to see after just one month, but the changes weren’t only happening on the scale.
My food noise and hunger levels were both staying low, and side effects had been minimal. Retatrutide was making it much easier to stay focused on what I was trying to accomplish without constantly thinking about food.
I was also starting to become more active.
Trips to the gym were becoming more regular, and I was doing more walking. Nothing extreme. I was just trying to move more and slowly build some better habits.
Looking back at my notes, I think that’s what stands out most about this first month.
It wasn’t just 24 pounds lost. I was starting to build the story you can now see on my progress page.
I was starting to change what my normal day looked like.
More movement. Less food noise. Better choices.
And for the first time in a while, it felt like I was actually moving in the right direction.
By my two-month update, I was 40 pounds down and beginning to think about getting stronger, not just smaller.
