Learning to Manage My Stack, Maintaining a Routine.

Adding MOTS-C to my stack meant learning something new: keeping track of what I was taking, when I was taking it, and finding a simple routine I could actually stick with.

Learning to Manage My Stack, Maintaining a Routine.

Now that I had added MOTS-C to my stack, I realized there was another part of this journey I needed to figure out.

Organization.

When I was only keeping track of one thing, it was pretty simple. Adding something else meant I had to start paying more attention to when I was taking each one—and making sure I actually remembered to take them.

It sounds simple until you’re busy and suddenly find yourself wondering, Wait… did I take that already?

So I started developing a routine.

I had to learn the discipline of keeping track of my schedule, staying consistent, and finding the supplies that made everything as simple and convenient as possible.

That last part turned into a little journey of its own.

Some supplies were easier to use than others. Some were a better value. And over time I started figuring out what actually worked well for me instead of just buying whatever I found first.

It’s one of those small things I never really thought about when I started this journey.

The more complicated my stack became, the more important it became to keep the routine simple.
